How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed the same or next business day. Free expedited U.S. shipping usually arrives 2–5 business days after dispatch, and every order includes tracking. Shipping policy.
My flagpole arrived damaged or with missing parts. What do I do?
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away with your order number and photos of the issue. When something arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or different from what you ordered, no restocking fee or deduction ever applies, and a return gets a full refund.
How do returns work?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery before sending anything back, and we'll send return instructions. Unopened, unused, complete kits get a full refund. Returns of used items may carry a 20% restocking fee plus actual shipping costs, which never apply when the problem was our error. Return policy.
Which height should I choose?
As a starting point: 20 ft for one-story homes, 25 ft for two-story homes, 30 ft for large lots and tall trees. Check tree and roof clearance, overhead lines and any HOA height rules. Still unsure? Call us and we'll help.
Is anything not included in the kit?
Every kit includes the pole, a 3 × 5 ft American flag, a gold ball topper, a PVC ground sleeve, 4 carabiners and a free solar light. Concrete and foundation materials are separate.
